"Expérience horrible, chalet à fuir absolument ! Propriétaire absent au rendez-vous, piscine non chauffée, pas d'eau chaude, jacuzzi vide et sale, maison insalubre et pas nettoyée depuis des mois... Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'état réel du chalet : travaux en cours, fenêtres remplacées par des planches de bois, terrasse dangereuse, présence de gravats...Nous avions payé 300e de suppléments pour avoir les draps sur place, à notre grande surprise, nous les avons trouvés en pagaille...

"Coup de cœur pour le jacuzzi qui a été très apprécié. La logeuse est un amour, nous avons pu être bien accueilli et bien dépanné suite à un soucis avec le lave linge. La maison est propre, les meubles sont de qualités. Le cadre (pour septembre) est calme. Le parc du camping étant à moins de 3 min à pieds ce fut très pratique et agréable pour notre fils de 5 ans. Un petit bémol concernant l'isolation phonique de la maison. Les seuls points négatifs qui ne sont en rien à l'encontre du bien mais...

"It's been really a pleasure to stay here for our 6days ski holiday. Nice house into a very quiet location. Kitchen with everything we want, upstairs with 2 large bedroom. If we come back to Ax les thermes we shall definitely come back here. We highly recommend it."

"Maison très agréable, très spacieuse avec une vue exceptionnelle, superbe terrasse qui fait l'attrait de cette résidence, propriétaire très agréable et hyper disponible. Nous reviendrons pour un plus long séjour, idéal pour les passionnés de pêche également, a eu lieu cette année d'ailleurs à Tarascon-sur-Ariège les championnats du monde de pêche à la mouche. Je conseille cette maison. Cordialement."

Très bien aménagé, félicitations au constructeur qui a magnifiquement exploité l'espace. Propreté impeccable et l'équipement est complet. "Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold...
