"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"Muy moderno. Limpio y muy bien ubicado. Tuvimos problemas con la conexión wifi y nos lo arreglaron muy rápido. Muy recomendable. Pagamos el parking porque es complicado aparcar por la zona. Se va caminando al telesilla el tarter fácilmente. Todo perfecto. "

"Horrible! Not at all like the photos! Terrible smell walking in, broken furniture, dirty sheet on the sofa. Yuck. Had we not checked in after hours, I would have left! Not at all what inexpected whem booking based on photos and discription. Very misleading!!! Dont stay here!"

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"I booked this apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, I understood that the appointment was a 2 bedroom apartment. What I did not understand was that the 2nd bedroom only had room for a single bed ( bunks would have been great) so 1 child had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. "Avoid this property at all costs if you want to sleep during your holiday, booked 7 nights in this hell hole and managed to get 21 hours sleep throughout the entire stay, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the 3 floors above, the company rents the neighbouring properties to anyone, we had the misfortune of having screaming girls and shouting guys party from 10pm to 4am every night, banging doors and loud music. "In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"After checking and settling on to our room. They gave a second key for the apartment to another party. They basically just open the door and walk into our room. Very concerning and unsafe. "

"The room is very simple. And it's about 10 minutes away from reception. When we arrived we immediately smelled a bad odour, as if it had been closed for a long time. Then we noticed that the floor was dirty with dust and hair. We also noticed that they didn't have any shower gel or shampoo. The next morning at around 9am we asked for shampoo and shower gel. When we came back at 4pm we still didn't have any, so we had to go back to reception, which is a long way away, and ask again. They apologised and said they had a problem with the cleaners. I got the impression that the cleaning staff had too much work to do. That same night we had no internet. Once again we had to go to reception, which was closed and didn't open until 4pm. All day we had no Wi-Fi. At 4pm the receptionist said that in 10 minutes someone would fix the Wi-Fi and no-one turned up. We had no Wi-Fi for almost 2 days and when it came back it was extremely slow, you could barely open Google. I was really disappointed because the photos of the room looked like one thing and when they arrived it was something completely different, when we saw the photos we were under the impression that we would have a balcony and we didn't. We didn't have a balcony."
