Staff was very accommodating. Hotel was average which is what I expected and paid for. They have very nice hot tub and sauna facilities but should invest more in its up keep and readiness. One tub was empty, the other was Luke warm. No towels in the gym either. A little more attention to detail could elevate this place. I’ll stay again.

The hotel itself was great. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and hot tub have been closed for 4 years but on the hotels.com website it shows it is open.

The bed sheets were wrinkled (looked like someone had already been in the bed). The mirrors were not clean and there was hair in the tub...made me wonder if the room had even been cleaned. Next visit to Montreal, I will not stay here.
