From the moment we arrived, the staff, the ambiance, the hotel were exceptional. The room was clean, cozy and had everything needed. The shower was incredible! We would highly recommend it. The coffee bar is available 24/7 and cute little breakfast was perfect. The bed was also very comfortable. A must stay in the old port of Montreal.

We had a fabulous stay at the Petit Hotel! What a beautiful hotel, with kind and polite employees. From the valet parking, to the savoury breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything is beautiful and clean. The room is well organized with comfortable beds and being on rue St-Paul makes it the best location to walk around the old port of Montréal! Definitly our new favourite spot for weekends in Montréal!

The open stone walls, in the hotel including our room, gave an old personal feeling as part of the old city. The room had a modern design which mixed nicely with the exposed stone. The staff are kind, considerate and a pleasure to speak with. Morning coffee and croissants were very good. We are looking forward to our next stay at Le Petit Hotel when we visit Montréal again!

Le Petit Hotel is a gem. We had a beautiful spacious room for our 4 night stay. The staff was wonderfully accommodating. Everyone was gracious, welcoming and happy to make us coffee drinks and hot chocolate. We especially enjoyed a long conversation with Mathieu. It was especially nice to have the complementary continental breakfast in the hotel before heading out into the frigid weather. I would love to stay there again.

My only complain is that they have parking available as a feature but there’s no parking in the hotel, we had to walk to a public parking lot and pay separately for that.

Very cute property in a great part of town. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the free breakfast was much appreciated in the morning. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful, but if we have one complaint, it is that the property seemed a little understaffed. Breakfast was from 8 to 10 AM, and we would come down at around 9 AM each morning, but by then some of the food and the coffee had already run out, and it was a long time before anyone replaced them. We stayed for four nights, but the room was only cleaned once. Again, the individual staff members were terrific, but it seems like the hotel needs to hire a few more people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but just be aware that the service may be a little spotty.

Front desk staff was highly skilled and more patient than I'll ever be. They checked us in, brought us coffee, summoned taxis, chatted when we felt like chatting, and worked hard in numerous other ways to make things easy. Matthieu was especially helpful and charming.

Stay was great, room was comfortable. However, hotel stumbled with check-in. Hotel called me day before check in; I indicated I would arrive 5-5:30 pm. I arrived at 6 pm, room was not ready. Staff suggested I go get something to eat. I asked when room would be ready, they responded 6:30. At 6:40, room was still not ready, I was standing outside the room in the hallway with my luggage, listening to the sound of a vacuum cleaner in the room. Imaginez-moi ca!
