I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel in Terrebonne, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! The hotel boasts a charming ambiance with beautifully decorated rooms that are both comfortable and inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The amenities, including the fitness center and complimentary breakfast, added to the overall value of my stay. I highly recommend the Imperial Hotel to anyone visiting Terrebonne. Early check in was great. Pool area and sauna dirty and run down. Rooms are dated, extension cords, no usb connections. Dinning: martini's where ok. Service very ordinary, had ti ask to have our table light on, candle was not lite. Fries cold. Brownies cold. Very noisy. Hotel reception employee during the day very nice and polite.

The only complaint be was that wr had to wait an hour to be served our breakfast. We had a neeting in the hotel by and went to breakfast early so we could enjoy it and ended up rushed with othet customers being served ahead if us even though we we had ordered first.
