Beautiful apartment with picturesque views of the St. Lawrence. Unbeatable location in Old Montreal. Close to everything you want to see! Fantastic layout and stunning interior design - we loved the exposed beams and brick. So much natural light!! No grocery store close enough on foot for us to make use of the full sized kitchen but a plethora of phenomenal restaurants right outside your door (literally). Be prepared to spend some serious money on meals (mains at restaurants nearby are easily in the 20-40 dollar ranges). If you like a solid mattress you’re in luck - otherwise the extra firm mattress might flare up some aches and pains like it did for us. Rooms were surface level clean but had large accumulation of dust and dirt - windows were dirty (looked like a dog had slobbered on them - it is dog friendly). Slime/mold noted to corners of shower. Black face towels provided had specks of white debris in them. Otherwise a fantastic stay! Would love for them to offer somewhere for luggage storage prior to check in.

We had an apt. which is on the 3rd floor with stair access only. It faces the Notre Dame whose steeples can be seen from the bedroom windows. This building is located on the river front road. Walking access to the Old Montreal restaurants and shopping is very convenient. Everything worked in the apt. The sample photos are accurate to the expectations. The grocery IGA is a 10-15min walk and Le Beau Marche is a 6 min walk from the apt. Most of the local restaurants will deliver too. Apt. was spacious, lots of storage, 2 toilets, 1 shower, washer/dryer and full sized refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and has the basic cooking supplies making it suitable for long visits. High-speed wifi work well for our needs. Our problem occurred when the property manager did not send the room access code until after 2 pm for a 3pm check-in. The email did not arrive to the inbox until 4:30. We bought local telephone/chip cards upon arrival which give us different telephone numbers than our booking phone therefore we never received the management text with the codes. We had to call the property managers and send messages via Expedia to make contact and obtain room access codes. We will never reserve a room with no on-site staff again if we cannot have the room access code before traveling.

The cleaning lady walked in before check out and did it not at all. It was extremely frustrating to get walked in on when I was in the middle of changing. It was great all the way up until then. Very very, very, very, very frustrating and embarrassing.

For a 2 night's stay, this apartment was so convenient and accommodating. Located is a great area just across from the river, the views were wonderful in our 2 floor corner apartment. The area has so much to offer all within walking distance.

Amazing location. Beautiful apartment. Just walk out the door and everything is right there. Restaurants, ferries, museums, street fairs, shops. Music that others complained about was really not an issue (though perhaps being on the 4th floor helped). Only minor issue was there were towels in the hamper from a previous guest. An extra roll or two of toilet paper would have been nice too.

This property is situated in a busy, bustling Old Port area among shops, museums, the river and lots of dining options. Be prepared for nightlife and the chance to watch the city wake up and the bike paths to come alive. It was a perfect location for our visit.

The property was great. When we entered we were very happy until the night. There is a club downstairs that is pumping music until 3am. Not in normal levels. I had to put my headphones on with noise cancellation but still the walls were trembling the bed was trembling. I moved to the sofa but still the same. I had to leave and sleep somewhere else. Unacceptable. They should have noted this on the description.

The apartment was nice and in a great location. The floors could be a bit cleaner (the rug was quite dirty and there was a lot of hair and dust from previous renters). We also saw a mouse scurry through at one point. Also, the pillows are too firm with no variation and no inner protective covers. AC also didn’t work very well, so it was quite hot to sleep at night. I think for this to be considered luxury, it needs to address some of these minor concerns.

All good. Will return. Mattresses a bit too firm for our taste (purchased a topper). Could use a kettle. Door lock worked but protested…. Give a test please (it didn’t lock as promised after ten seconds). Two of three nights interrupted by alarms (once a doorway, once a car, both after 1:30 AM). Beautiful accommodation and very handy…. I think we are grateful for facing back versus over restaurants, apart from the late night alarms… clever of you to leave ear plugs.

We were so happy with the location of this hotel. Definitely the best part of Montréal and right in the middle of great restaurants, shops, water, etc. That being said, the night life and music were fairly loud til about midnight (there were ear plugs in the bathroom drawer. ) It was great to have the space in the living area to hang out with the family. The sectional couch was nice and big for our family of four, although a little worn/ uncomfortable (feathers kept coming out of it. ) We were a little nervous to not have a front desk/ employees on site, but we got in fine and communication was pretty good.

Nice rustic yet modern flat - amazing stay
The flat that I stayed in had a very good layout and well decorated. The combining of the old brick walls into the decor of the rooms, gave it a very rustic yet modern feel. Stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom flat on the 4th floor. The process to get the access code and keyless and contactless checkin was a breeze. The location is amazing, right across from the port in Montreal. There are two restaurants as you step out of the building, I tried both and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I would definitely stay at this place again and would highly recommend it.
