This hotel is conviently located close to the Bell centre which is a perk for those visiting just for that attraction. One of the two elevators available during my stay was broken for the duration of my trip which was inconvenient given, plenty of the visitors/residents have mobility issues and/ or large luggage which requires the use of the elevator to bring up to their rooms so there was always a very long wait. The rooms were clean and somewhat sound proof, and staff was friendly and helpful. For the price paid and value received, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children, mobility restricted visiots nor long term stays. One night is simply enough as a last resort.

The property seemed to be serving double-duty as a shelter or residence, which contributed to noise issues and a general sense of disrepair. The location also was less than stellar

We stayed here for a concert at the Bell Centre. It was less than a 10 minute walk, so that was exactly what we needed. Hotel staff were very friendly and offered delicious coffee. Parking was easy.

The hotel also serves as government housing. One of the elevators was out of order most of the day. Hallways were dark with disgusting carpets with stains of unknown origin. The saving Grace is that the room was relatively clean and no bed bugs. The atmosphere left us feeling a bit uneasy.

Great stay!
Very quick check in and check out. Room was clean, building was quiet despite the amount of activities in the area. Only complaint is no complementary breakfast.

The room is a bit dusty, and the lack of dining facilities was disappointing. However, this location simply can't be beaten for the convenience (right above a rental car business) and the coffee of course is great!

Room was clean and spacious. Generous on the amount of towels and toiletries. One of the elevators wasn’t working properly as the door didn’t seem to be working well. The elevator itself was still functional but it did not make us feel uncomfortable to use it. I spoke to front desk about it and they seemed to be unbothered by it but reported that they are taking care of it.

The check-in was fast and easy. The hotel/room was clean and modern. Bathroom could use an update but was fine. The hotel itself was quite. Too bad the restaurant wasn't functioning but the after effects of COVID are still around. The hotel is used to house first-nations people requiring medical care. Any interaction we had with them was very nice and individuals who comment otherwise need to look at their own biases before making negative comments.

Ok but too pricey for premises
The room are tidy and comfortable. Unfortunately the blinds don't close completely because of the AC so the room was fully lit at 5am. The mini fridge was also faulty and froze all the food we brought, we had to throw everything away. The staff was polite. There's like a community room for the basement so there are always lots of people around reception smoking and staring at people coming is and out making it awkward, although I don't think it was usafe. It was overall ok but felt very cheap for the price we paid.

Great location, close to the Bell Centre and all downtown shopping areas. Parking was good but on the expensive side and wish it had been discolsed at time of booking that the hotel was being used for transients and people in care of the province of Quebec.

Good place to sleep.
Good hotel in a great location as it's near two subway lines and is very much in the center if Montreal. We used it as our hotel for Osheaga and while the hall way, lobby and elevator were kinda run down, the rooms were good with comfy bed. Perfect place to come back to after standing all day at the festival. The only issue I had was the bathroom had no fan and the outlet in the bathroom would only work if the lights were on.

The sink and tub were clogged. Every time you shower it fills up to your shins with water. It is dirty mucky water from the drain. Every time I used a CLEAN towel, it would turn black (I’m assuming black mould in the towels)? The sheets were stained brown when we got there. The fridge stunk and there was nothing in it. Overall not a good experience. Would avoid this hotel at all costs.
