Our apartment, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for families looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The apartment is located in the lively Little Italy neighbourhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.
We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained unit.
Our apartment is equipped with two comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and one spacious bathroom. We also provide free wifi, Netflix, and a welcome package with fresh coffee and treats.
You will be in the heart of Little Italy, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Little Italy has it all just steps away.
We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.
Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever.
In order to comply with local regulations, we require guests to sign a residential contract, complete identity verification, and submit a Damage Waiver ($25) or Security Deposit ($500) after the booking is confirmed.

Denstays team is excellent
We arrived at this location on a Friday night, and it was too noisy for me to sleep. The bedrooms overlook a street with fairly heavy traffic and a club across the street with loud patrons. But the team at Denstays was excellent. They communicated with us throughout our stay in Montreal from Friday night to Sunday night, quickly getting us into another location nearby that was much quieter and answering any questions we had or troubleshooting we needed via text and email. Excellent customer service! Also both apartments were nice on their own.
