The property was an excellent encapsulation of everything we look for in a VRBO property. Good size, quiet, comfortable bed and close to transit. A bonus was finding an excellent breakfast place 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Our hosts were superb at getting back to us on a timely basis and, essentially, my expectations were met in every way.

Pleasant experience
The place was clean and beautifully decorated. It's within walking distance of transit (both bus and subway). I liked the neighborhood as it was calm and close to the Plateau. Even though the place did not have a parking spot, I did not have any issue finding street parking. As for the host, Alejandra was such a nice host. She was responsive and caring. It was easy to communicate with her, and she made the check-in and check-out process convenient. In general, it was a very pleasant experience. I will check back on this place the next time I visit Montreal.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfy bed, great shower, kitchen had most stuff we needed. Did not enjoy all the stairs tho, heaving luggage up a steep staircase with no rail was sketchy. We were careful tho. The neighbours could clean up their act a bit tho!

comforable bed - no nightlamp, difficult to read - no black out curtains, some windows have no windows at all quiet and calm - quite far away from the centre nice kitchen - some cutlery and plates were very dirty - very small bathroom and very uncomfortable showerhead (either no pressure or it realy hurts), difficult to shower - a lot of trash near the bedroom windows, not pleasant - old wooden stairs good air conditioner - the host couldn’t help us out with changing the dates

Cute and convenient apartment
Very cute, cozy apartment. Description was accurate. We chose this apartment because it is very close to friends we were visiting so didn’t spend much time in the apartment or exploring the neighborhood but Alexa and Natalia were very responsive and helpful. It seemed that they had thought of everything a guest could wish for. We enjoyed our time in Montreal!

Wonderful Experience
Everything about my stay at the apartment was fantastic! It was very clean, tastefully decorated, & perfectly located. Plenty of parks restaurants, bars, & grocery stores within walking distance. Natalia & Alexa were always quick to respond to messages before & during the stay. I would definitely rent the apartment again in the future.

This rental was great and I hope to book it again for future trips to Montreal. The location is the highlight. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There is a Bixi bike stand directly across the street and we biked to Old Montreal and Mount Royal Park from the rental property. Bikes and trains are all we needed for our entire four day visit. The unit itself is clean, well decorated, and has everything needed to be comfortable and cook yourself a meal. Adding a bedside lamp is the only suggestion I would make. The hosts were very responsive to communications. Finding the rental and getting inside was easy.
