Awesome owner and rental
This rental has all you need and is very clean. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I was in Montreal for my mother's end of life and funeral. Karine was very accomodating and responded very quickly to any questions or requests I had. I had a two aunts who stayed with me the last two days and my daughter also joined me and we managed to be comfortable and made it work for us. Both Karine and her friend Valerie, who looked after the rental the first few days of my arrival, are exceptional human beings. I highly recommend this apartment for the location, comfort, cleanliness, safety, and last but least, the price, which is outstanding for all that you get.

Lieu parfait pour être au calme en ville
L'appartement est parfait pour un couple qui souhaite connaître la vie Montréalaise et qui est très fonctionnel. Dans le quartier, on peut y trouver de tout, à proximité d un parc, d'un magasin, bar, restaurants...etc. Métro à 30min à pied environ mais un bus peut y déposer. Je conseille d'aller à la réserve naturelle du Mont Saint Hilaire et le parc naturelle d'Oka, c'est magique. Séjour parfait avec un bel été indien. On reviendra c'est sûr

Cute apartment in quiet residential neighborhood. One block from restaurants.
Overall great location and lovely owner. Very nicely decorated - peaceful. Washer and dryer were a big bonus. Parking was a challenge when we arrived back late. Fun activities and park nearby

Great apartment! Terrific location!
This well-located apartment was exactly as pictured on the listing. The apartment was well furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. The owner went out of her way to accommodate every request we made. After staying in this apartment for 4 weeks, and immersing ourselves into the Montreal community, we would certainly return to this apartment the next time we have an opportunity to visit Montreal.

super appartement , il ne manque rien , nous n'avons malheureusement pas rencontré Karine qui était en voyage, mais Valérie , sa copine , a assuré, ainsi que Karine par téléphone. Le logement est bien situé, bus 67à proximité a destination de la station de métro Joliette, donc nickel. Futurs voyageurs, vous pouvez louer chez Karine sans problèmes. Très bon rapport qualité - prix

Tout d'abord merci à notre hôte Karine pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils. L'appartement (condo) est tout à fait adapté pour un séjour touristique à Montréal en famille : proche du bus, des commerces, de restaurants et dans un quartier calme, tranquille pour se reposer le soir après une journée de visite. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

EXCELLENTES FETES DE FIN D'ANNEE A MONTREAL §
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Montréal ! l'appartement est confortable, situé dans un quartier résidentiel typiquement Montréalais calme et très agréable. Karine est restée tout au long de notre séjour à notre écoute et nous a dispensé de bons conseils tout en restant très disponible. Nous avons également apprécié sa réactivité qui a permis de régler dans la journée, alors que nous étions en plein week-end de Noël, un petit souci. Montréal est une ville où il fait bon vivre et la région du Québec que nous avons eu la chance de découvrir sous la neige est magnifique ! Nous garderons de ces vacances un souvenir inoubliable et espérons revenir dans quelques années pour découvrir le Canada aux beaux jours. A cette occasion, nous n'hésiterons pas à contacter Karine et recommandons son appartement.

Situé sur le Plateau Montréalais, avec un accès Bus, Métro, l'emplacement est idéal, calme et repos assuré. Rue très commerçante à proximité. Quartier et appartement très agréables. Une bonne adresse.
Un mois dans cet appartement nous a permis, malgré la neige et le froid, de pouvoir nous rendre facilement partout à Montréal. Le quartier de la rue Masson est plein de restaurants pour tous les budgets, de magasins, deux boulangeries excellentes, une boucherie française, un SAQ conséquente pour les vins et alcools, trois Dollarama ! deux supermarchés, quatre librairies dont une fabuleuse d'occasion avec thé ou café à l'appui, deux Jean Coutu, de superbes épiceries...et la plus belle église de Montréal, celle du Saint-Esprit. L'appartement es confortable avec ses deux chambres fermées dont l'une a servi de bureau, avec un service internet impeccable. La propriétaire a changé le poste TV qui fonctionnait mal. La batterie de cuisine était vétuste et devrait être changée, ainsi que les couverts. La table de la cuisine qui sert aussi de salle à manger devrait pouvoir accueillir 6 personnes au lieu des 4. Les lits sont confortables. Il manque une chaise dans la chambre principale. Le rideau de douche devra être changé, et les rideaux de la grande chambre devraient être plus occultant qu'ils ne le sont. En dehors de ces quelques défauts, cet appartement est très agréable, avec ses deux terrasses, son beau parquet. Une propriétaire absolument très à l'écoute, charmante et délicieuse. Des voisins très sympathiques, et une facilité de parking dans la rue Laurier.

Sehr schönes, geschmackvolles, sauberes und bequemes Appartment. Alles neuwertig eingerichtet. Gute Lage, zwar nicht Zentrum, aber alles Notwendige zu Fuss erreichbar, viele Restaurants, Kneipen und Läden. Ich war mit Öffentlichen schnell in der City. Hatt eine tolle Zeit, auch Dank der sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieterin, die mir mit ihren perfekten Deutschkenntnissen bei einigen Sprachproblemen geholfen hat.

Sehr schönes Appartement
Sehr sauberes Appartment, alles sehr neuwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr schön, zwar nicht im Zemtrum aber das Viertel bietet Alles was man braucht, mit den notwendigen Läden und vielen Kneipen bzw. Restaurants. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen und ansonsten kommt man mit Offentlichen bequem und schnell in die Stadtmitte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kann perfekt Deutsch (war für mich mit geringen Französichkenntnissen ein echter Vorteil).

Séjour très agréable
l'appartement est conforme aux photos, le lit est confortable et nous avons eu suffisamment de place pour ranger nos affaires. Karine a été très disponible et agréable avant, pendant et à la fin du séjour. Il est très calme et le chauffage est réglable à souhait nous y étions en février.les épiceries ou supermarchés sont à 2 pas et pour des personnes qui n'ont jamais été à Montréal il nous a été facile de nous repérer. il y a des bus aussi à 2 pas et le métro peut se rattraper à pied sans souci. si vous recherchez un appartement où vous serez au calme tout en voulant profiter de l'animation à proximité, celui ci est très bien.
