THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- This is a mobile first travel booking. Everything is done via app, email and messaging. Your entire stay, once booked, is controlled via our BOARDING PASS. All relevant information, upgrades, requests, check-in info, etc... is found on the BOARDING PASS.
- Contactless check-in and check-out.
- Regardless of applicable cancellation policy, all reservations except Airbnb are charged 34% of the total price at confirmation, 33% 30 days prior to trip, 33% on day of the trip. Airbnb reservations are charged as per Airbnb terms and conditions.
- All cancellations except Airbnb, for any reason, are subject to credit card fees of 3.5%-5% of the refund amount.
- Non-Airbnb bookings are subject to an ID verification, rental agreement and Credit Card Hold of $500.00.
- Credit Card Hold is taken 2 business days prior to check-in and is released 4-5 business days after check-out.
- Airbnb bookings are subject to an ID Verification and rental agreement.
- ID Verifications are to make sure the person booking and paying is the person that shows up at the rental.
- In addition to an ID, a selfie is required from all guests to further enhance our verification process and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
- There is a pet fee for pet owners of $75 per stay per pet for Airbnb and $25 per night per pet for all other platforms.
- The building is a very old building. The apartment is renovated but the building is not. That is reflected in the pricing.
- This is not a hotel, it is a vacation rental. We do not have hotel amenities. Keep that in mind before booking. That is reflected in the pricing.
- Due to health reasons and for the sake of the environment, we no longer provide BODY SOAP, LOTION, SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER. We provide hand soap, dish soap and all other toiletries.
- Summer Furniture, outdoor furniture, outdoor games, BBQs and AC is guaranteed from June 1st to September 15th at each location. Outside of these dates, it is not guaranteed that it will be out due to weather constraints.
- There are no front desks or staff onsite. We are always available to be communicated with and have emergency staff that can be dispatched for repairs or any issues but they are not onsite. You must contact us if need be.
- We try to provide the best possible instructions for everything, if there is anything that is unclear or you are having trouble with anything, you must contact us as there is no one onsite to help you.
- Always be respectful and polite in any communication with us, other tenants or guests.
- Mishaps happen, kindly let us know if something went wrong. It is the best and most cost effective way to deal with any issue that may have been caused. We will work with you to minimize costs.
- If you are not happy with anything or require information during your stay, kindly inform us right away.

Montreal is a Nordic city and as such experiences extreme winter events including blizzards, ice storms and snow storms. Streets and sidewalks can be slippery and covered by snow. The removal of snow is quite efficient but it is quite inconvenient until it is done. Same for the building, best efforts are done to keep passage ways and stairs clear of snow, ice and debris but during major climate events, there may be delays. Please keep that in mind.

The Neighborhood:
In the center of Montreal's hippest neighborhood - Verdun with tons of local shopping, cool neighborhood restaurants, quiet streets, parks and classic Montreal Feel. Explore the biggest European city in North America easily at any time of the year.

Walk score of 9.9, you have a convenient store less than 1 minute away and you are within a 5 minute walk to anything you may need.

In recent years, Verdun, along with the neighboring Le Sud-Ouest borough, have experienced rapid gentrification and social change. Great place; check in process is a cluster*****
Clean modern place in great neighborhood, fair price; unfortunately the check in process leaves much to be desired. My drivers' license was rejected as a source of identification, but only several days after i sent it in. I never got my passport or selfie filed at all; the program rejected them. The very nice people at the help email desk wound up processing my documents for me manually, without using their silly check in program. Also a quibble - four people allowed in the apartment, would it kill you to leave more than exactly 4 cups, forks, glasses? Maybe even 6? Otherwise, nice place, and thanks again to the prompt and responsive people at the help desk.
