Beautiful Home In The Heart Of NDG

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood !
Perfect for families and friends getaway. 20 minutes away from the city center, you will be near Montreal’s main attractions, including the Mont-Royal and the Old Port!

The house is spacious and perfect if you want a place to work, have a chat or cook yourself a meal. There are four bedrooms three bathrooms, kitchen, tv with Netflix, a beautiful outside space, exercise equipement, coffee, tea and much more to accommodate you

In the heart of the Monkland village, the space is located 20 metres away from restaurants, coffee shop, a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is always space on the street if you need a parking for your car and if you prefer public transit, the metro is a 5 minutes walk from the home. In the summer, there are bixis (communal bicycles) near the house.

Great place to stay!
Montreal is a beautiful city and this VRBO is a perfect place to stay! The house has a large living/dining/kitchen area, large windows, very comfortable beds, and a kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The neighborhood is vibrant with people of all ages. Monkland Avenue is two seconds down the street and is lined with cafes, coffee houses, ice cream shops; home, clothing and grocery stores; businesses -- it's a vibrant place for a stroll. The neighborhood is safe and feels peaceful even with Monkland so close. A few things to note: - the floors were extremely dirty - black feet dirty. (I communicated this to the owner and hopefully he'll attend to it!) - the fourth bedroom downstairs was built in a musty furnace room. We didn't use it. There is a very large futon in the family room downstairs that we used instead. 9-10 people can still sleep comfortably (2 to a bed). - on the day of arrival, get the phone number and email of the owner. I communicated via the VRBO app the first day and didn't get a response until 5 days later. He was quick to respond to text and email. - if you can't find extra towels and bedding, look in the dryer. The owner was kind to let us stay an extra night after our flight was cancelled, and we're grateful. We had a great trip and would definitely stay in this VRBO again! Enjoy your trip!
