Great place to make home base!

Newly renovated home with good location for exploring Montreal
The home was super clean on our arrival. It is newly renovated and nicely furnished. Everything needed was provided for a comfortable stay. Best part was the quick walk to the Green line Metro station that made exploring all the fun neighborhoods of Montreal easy.

Lovely
The house was modern, clean and spacious and easily accommodated my family of 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the attention to little details - we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The house is close to the metro and a grocery store and we were thankful to have ample parking space, including a garage. A lovely place to stay.

The location was fantastic. Really easy to get around Montreal and visit all the touristy attractions. Just one recommendation/comment, it would have been nice if the windows had screens, so that we could've opened them without letting bugs in. It was pretty warm during our trip and it became quite stuffy with only one air conditioner in the unit. But overall, it's a great house and we had a great time. We would recommend this rental for anybody visiting Montreal.

The property itself was decent and met our basic needs. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. However, I believe that with some attention to detail like extra towels , hand soap , fresh dish sponge and improvements in cleanliness, this rental property could offer a much better experience for future guests. Additionally, the bathroom upstairs had an unpleasant smell.
I hope this feedback helps the property owner or management team to address these issues and enhance the overall quality of the rental property.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay
The house was very comfortable for the five of us (adults) with a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, space to relax and spread out, everything that you need to make it a home base was available. The house was clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of the downtown area, perfect walking distance to the metro to get literally anywhere within 30 minutes or less. A full grocery store is also within walking distance. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again. It was a perfect spot to make home base and easy enough to dart in and out throughout the busy day wandering around the city. And of course, having parking available at the house so close to the city was so convenient!

Very clean and nicely design
The space was very well set up and pretty. I traveled with my two-year-old, father, mother and sister. There was lots of room for everyone and we slept well; we did not hear neighbours. It has a fridge, but no freezer. It has a Nespresso machine with coffee pods. We ended up buying some more since we were a large group. Having a parking spot at the property was ideal, there is a garage that fits a small car and a spot outside. We were in town to visit with family that lived only a 10-minute drive away (near the Olympic stadium). We didn't spend lots of time in the neighbourhood but there was a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely book this spot again. Audrey-Ann was very quick to respond and helpful.

Boys Getaway Weekend
Stayed at this lovely house with 4 other friends for a weekend of two hockey games. Plenty of room for 5 adults, close to grocery store and train station. Only issue to think about is parking, the garage is too tight due to height for a pickup but would be no issue for a car or smaller SUV. Highly recommend.

Great location
A great location. Metro was a short walk. And a number of food markets and cafes, not forgetting Tim Hortons and MacDonalds, were also within walking distance. House had everything we required. Beds were comfortable and great hot water. Host was very easy to contact and helpful; she allowed us entry a couple of hours early and gave restaurant recommendations. A very good stay.

We had a lovely stay. It was exactly as advertised. Very easy walk to the Metro which we used daily. You do not need a car for this location. IGA was in walking distance. Place was well appointed. Great stay!

Loved this house. Clean and great location. Highly recommend. Just a note when renting, the alley to the parking in the back is a tight squeeze if you have a big vehicle like we did. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

Beautiful home in good location!
My family and I spent a week in Audrey-Ann’s home. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and the dining room/living area provided more than enough space for the whole family (5 of us total) to spend time together. Beds were comfortable, and having the foosball table was a bonus! The AC worked well, and we were very comfortable. The location is also nice - it is a short walk to the metro station, there is a grocery store nearby, and the street is quiet. We would love to stay here again!
