"Slept so well in this quiet retreat in older part of town. On warmer days feel like sitting outside with the large sliding door open. Apartment appointed with anything you might need. Nearby pharmacy, bank, Casino and cafe and brasserie and restaurants within 1 km walk. Good takeaway kebab just steps out the door. Lovely market and easy town to use as base for visiting Lot and Cele area with many medieval towns, Peche Merle, etc. Would stay afain anytime back in this area."

"Refuge au calme, au milieu de la pierre et du bois, des oiseaux, chauves souris et escargots, à proximité immédiate de la rivière domptée mais encore sauvage. Avec un jacuzzi certes gonflable et non en résine, mais quasiment parfait sous le ciel. Découverte, nature, préhistoire et histoire, détente et gens pas stressés et sympas, en plein parc naturel classé UNESCO mondial, à juste titre. What else ?"

"Sylvaine and Patrick were generous and helpful hosts, Patrick helping me with a puncture and Sylvaine giving us home-made jam, garden tomatoes and eggs from her own chickens. During a heatwave, the interior was always cool and the pool was large, clean and indispensable after a day of adventures. It’s hard to imagine a lovelier gîte, or nicer people."

"Tout est prévu pour se sentir à la maison, y compris un équipement moderne comme une grande tv et une connexion Wi-Fi très haut débit ! Mais ce n'est pas pour cela que l'on vient à la Baudette, c'est pour son calme, sa tranquilité et sa piscine pour se raffraichir ! "Sylvain and Katherine were ideal hosts who communicated well with us to ensure we arrived safely. They were PERFECT hosts who welcomed us, gave us lots of information, considerately stocked the kitchen with a welcome pack of groceries and invited us for drinks in their beautiful house and garden. The cottage is ideal for 2 or 3 people with a lovely balcony and use of a gorgeous garden. If you have mobility issues the spiral staircase needs to be considered. Our hosts introduced us to the...

"My family and I had the most wonderful time staying at Birdie’s home. We were welcomed in by Birdie as if we were long family friends - Birdie had been extremely accommodating with our arrival times and delays etc. Birdie’s home was full of character, adorned with pictures of her family, with a fully stocked kitchen, games to play, and everything else we could need.
