"We stayed at Le Petit Soyc in August 2023. This is a fantastic villa. Accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 of us with room to spare. The layout is superb. The kitchen is big, modern and well equipped. The outdoor dining area is really good. The swimming pool, pool house and shade is also spot on. We had a fantastic stay. Temperature was over 40 degrees! Local area is peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend 100%. Property owner is as fantastic as the villa!"

Mais ce n'est pas pour cela que l'on vient à la Baudette, c'est pour son calme, sa tranquilité et sa piscine pour se raffraichir ! "Un accueil épatant de la part de Sylvain et Rebecca qui savent créer des moments de rencontre entre les locataires des différents gîtes. Bien que nouveaux dans la région, ils la connaissent déjà très bien et ont toujours le bon tuyau pour un bon petit restaurant ou un joli village à découvrir. Quand au cadre, il est somptueux !"

"Ancienne Ecole is scruffy and run down but it could still be a charming, rustic place if it was just being looked after in the basics. It isn't though. The owners told us they weren't using a management company anymore and they were finding it difficult to deal with maintenance issues remotely. I'm sure it is tricky but it's no fun to rent it for your family holiday and have to deal with constant problems such the pool not working, and the stench of sewage from the drains in the ensuite bathroom...

"Very disappointed . This was booked for my 60th birthday which to be fair was ruined. This property is NOT as described in the listing . It was listed as having WiFi in the cottage- it did not. It was after complaining that the owner provided us with a ‘ booster’ that enabled us to have the WiFi . The hot tub was listed as being included. It was NOT and the owner wanted to charge us €30 for 2 hours use. We arrived late Sunday afternoon when all shops in France close at midday . There were No ...
