"My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. You're only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, it's only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The local shops are really useful and there's a small but functional supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We would happily return...

Good communication and was always available for contact if required Some issues with ants during the week and cleaning was not a thorough as we would have hoped (e.g. when we arrived cooker was grubby, air vent has grime all round it and we had to unblock the shower drain) but not a big issue and...

"We stayed 3 days in Grau du roi. The house was perfect. The owner of the house lives next door and is a friendly host. The great surprise has been the town of Grau du roi that has always been a touristic place and I had low expectations in terms of restaurants. There are plenty of excellent restaurants with ok prices, serving sea food as well as local bull meat. Wine is really cheap and top quality (local wine picpoul, costière de Nîmes, viognier)."

"Loved the stay overall. Room had a view of the cathedral, great location. Wonderful restaurants very nearby. Staff were great. Some tired features like a very worn sofa in the room and worn / dirty carpet up the stairs. Very happy overall"
