Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. "Just back from a stay at this property and it was just as described. I would stay there again without hesitation. I would recommend a good cleaning in the living room - dry cleaning the couch as well as rug, which is why I rated cleanliness with 3 stars. I had a little trouble with the check in, but the owner was available as needed. Not sure if this is VRBO or the owner, but I would urge a check out time of no later than noon. If it had been, I would not have to have left dishes in the sink! "

"We (two teenagers and 1 adult) came to Richmond for GalaxyCon in March, and we needed an inexpensive little place to stay - and this spot was perfect for our needs. The kids took the big bed and I took the sofa (which was surprisingly comfortable); the bathroom was large and nice, and it was overall just a great spot to come back to after a day of museums, walking around Carytown, etc. Thanks for a nice trip!"

"Great property, as described! Clean, and appeared to be a good neighborhood. I felt safe staying by myself. April was very prompt in her response when I messaged for the internet information. Was in town for school, the internet was accessible and worked just fine I had my laptop and netflix account on the tv all from wifi. Super cute backyard and pond area. Close to a walmart, gas station and Chick-fil-A. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!!!!"

"What a gem Lake Anna is. We visited from PA and could not have been happier. The home was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had what we needed for the week. It was cozy and definitely shouted lake life. I loved the rooftop deck! We enjoyed the included kayaks. Grocery store was very close. We rented a boat, visited a winery, and enjoyed great food. The weather was sunny and warm, it was what our family needed. Thank you and we will be back. "
