"The best thing about this place is the location. It's only a block away from the shopping district in The Fan on Carry St. I stayed here with my mom and it was convenient to have more than enough space for the both of us. The apartment is also great: nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The only issues were the number of usable outlets and that the bathroom was a little awkward to navigate. We 100% plan on staying here again. "

It is close to the interstate, there is ample free parking, no extra charge for our 3 cats (most places limit to two pets and usually for a fee), a comfy king bed plus a full kitchen, living room and large bathroom. Walkable to some local restaurants and cafes and a short drive to the popular Scott's Addition and Carytown. Jen was a great host and provided multiple recommendations. "We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

"Great property, as described! Clean, and appeared to be a good neighborhood. I felt safe staying by myself. April was very prompt in her response when I messaged for the internet information. Was in town for school, the internet was accessible and worked just fine I had my laptop and netflix account on the tv all from wifi. Super cute backyard and pond area. Close to a walmart, gas station and Chick-fil-A. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!!!!"

"This little house was perfect for our stay. Our son got married at the Common House, which is a private club only 2 blocks away from our rental. It was very convient, and the parking helped a LOT, since there was no parking at the venue. Great area in Richmond, full of shops and cafes.
