"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. "This is a beautiful Tuscany experience. Very small property perched on a hill, very well appointed and large rooms, gorgeous views, beautiful surrounding vineyards for endless walking, spectacular pool, ultra-foodie restaurant. One warning, do not recommend this if anyone in the party gets carsick. It is far off the beaten track, with lots of curvy roads, and a considerable amount of gravel roads."

"Magnificent Lupaia will forever remain a dream holiday for us in the most beautiful, serene and picturesque location. The scent of jasmine and rose covered cottages surrounded by lush green gardens and idyllic vistas are what dreams are made off. Warm, welcoming staff can’t do enough to make your stay a delight. "She's a beaut! This property definitely captures the iconic Tuscany essence in the fullest. Would highly recommend making a reservation for dinner at the 'in house restaurant' while visiting. Make sure to talk to the host about specific transportation needs if you do not have a car upon arrival. It is fairly tucked away as far as closeby hubs."

"My husband and i stayed in the Treehouse suite for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was so special. Our room was nestled among the olive trees with a fireplace, incredible shower and gorgeous views! The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the service was great. The pool area is relaxing and has the most incredible view. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet, intimate stay!"

" Very friendly, professional and welcoming. Beautifully quaint building with ‘stunning’ views. Breakfast basic but perfectly adequate with selection of meats, cheese, small cakes, yogurt etc, with freshly made coffee. Would not hesitate to recommend. "

"This property was so perfect for our Tuscany stay! The rooms are decorated beautifully, the grounds are gorgeous and it was just. Few minutes from Montepulciano, perfect for day trips. Matteo was kind and extremely helpful in all aspects, the communication was excellent. You can tell the family takes a lot of pride in this property and cares about their guests. We highly recommend!"

"This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! The morning fog covered the valley, all you could see were the church steeples peaking through, you heard the nice old ladies talking in the streets below while going out for morning bread, the birds were tweeting and cooing.
