"This was a quick stay for us... just one night. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they were excellent. The hotel is about a 5-minute car ride from the town."

It was in a huge, secluded garden, but the property was separate, and a long way from the main house, so we didn't feel enclosed in any way. We sat/ate outside a lot of the time, and felt that we were a long way from the main house. Samur-en-Auxois was everything we thought it was, and François Meunieur was extremely helpful. 10/10!"

It ended up that we received an upgrade in the form of a suite. We stayed one night but hope to return next year again for a few nights more.
