"Location was great, and unit very functional. Basic cleanliness was OK. However, unit needs a thorough, detailed cleaning. Overhead BA fan filters and drawers had not been cleaned for a very long time. TP was the cheapest possible and there was no Kleenex. Was shocked to find four trailers in the parking area with people living in them."

"3 buddies and I met in Moab for a bucket list mountain bike trip and vacation. Sunnie's VRBO on Overlook worked great for the 4 of us. Although there are only 3 bedrooms one my buddies took the couch and was very comfortable. The views from this home were awesome and it was close to all that Moab has to offer. I will stay there again if I'm ever in Moab in the future."

"From the property to the amenities to the location, one would be hard pressed to find a better spot in Moab. As a family of three on a two night stay we were delighted with our pick. Getting into town was 7 mins, to Arches 12 mins and to Canyonland 20 mins. You will find this location far away from the bustle of town but close enough if that’s what you want. The home had everything you might need for your stay. We highly recommend this home and would definitely use it again if the future."

"First the negatives: We were not able to arrive until after dark and had some difficulty finding the property driving the 2 dirt-road miles as check-in guidance did not include directions and there was no internet once we departed Durango. We wished the 2nd floor bedroom area had a door and the first floor shower drain was so slow each shower ended in standing water. But what a beautiful setting! "We stayed at Ft Abajo when driving from Albuquerque to northern Utah. The house has a fabulous location and view of a golf course and mountains. We sat out at night and observed the MANY stars in the sky. The house was spacious and clean. The decor and kitchen were a bit dated and the shower was small. For us, none of that was a big deal. I would recommend!"
