"We had a great stay at the Mainstays! Service was friendly and always available. The breakfasts were great (there was a wide range of options). They are within walking range of grocery store (across the street) and several shops/restaurants right down the street . If we come back to Moab we would absolutely stay there again!!!"

"This place rocks! This was a last minute stay. A friend and I were just going from CO to UT and back to get a vehicle. We were getting tired and thought a short trip to the Arches would be nice. It was the beginning of January so OFF SEASON. Therefore most of the town was closed. My requirement for a hotel this night was comfortable beds and a hot tub. Well this place did not disappoint. All the queen rooms at the time were the same price. So I chose the room with the most SQ FT. It was 653 SQ FT! Like WHAT! The room was AMAZING. The beds were so comfy. The TV greeted me when I came in. It did have Netflix for you to login to. No other streamng services. The bathroom was HUGE. It has a full size fridge and dishwasher. Had dishes, pots and pans, built in stove top, toaster and more. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was standard. Hot tub could have been a tad hotter. Would definitely stay again. My room did not have a balcony, but there were some that did. It also had games for families to play, a small basketball hoop and area to play."

"Great Ft Desk and check in. Room is great and clean. Have stayed here before, I will again. Breakfast is hot, protein based with a very attentive person to help with any needs! Because its MOAB, off season is the time to not have to compete with summer congestion and very high room rates. Only suggestion: This facility is at the far end of Moab. There is no adequate lighting and if you try to hunt for the driveway off UT 193, you will overshoot and have to come back north bound to find the drive. Better illuminate the driveway. Thanks"
