"10 old friends reunion. Blown away by the view! Great pool, though late September made the water refreshing. Great spaces inside and out for leisurely shared meals. (Did I mention the view? We all did a lot of cooking! Easy to walk down into town to the baker (croissants!) or little supermarket. (Or cafes) Hills around there great for walking , and lots of ware activities on the lake. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in aptly named Villa Zenitude. The villa is very tastefully decorated and also the kitchen is very complete with all sorts of appliances. The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. Petit bémol, les maisons voisines sont trop proches et on partage le jardin avec une autre maison, qui appartient au propriétaire paraît-il. Et ça, on ne le voit pas sur les photos. Surprise !!"

Durch die grossen Schiebefenster ist die offene Küche mit Ess- und Wohnbereich lichtdurchflutet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Dieses Traumhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!"

"Our stay was very pleasant, except the ever present toxic smell of gasoline in the whole house, coming from a large gas tank in the garage. Our friends staying downstairs had to sleep with their windows open. By the end of the one week trip we were just sick of it. Our host Stephane was very nice and helpful though. If the smell got resolved, it would be very nice place overall."

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"
