Quiet and Spacious 3bdrm/1.5 bath house. Great location, near shopping and entertainment. All one floor, so no stairs!! Huge eat in kitchen loaded with amenities to make you feel right at home. We have a game room with Pool table/Pingpong/air hockey game. Kick back and relax!

NO SMOKING,/NO VAPING INDOORS, NO ILLEGAL DRUGS, NO PARTIES, AND NO GATHERINGS. $250 fine and automatically cancelation with no refund.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 50 lbs) with the following guidelines:
★ A $50 pet fee applies per dog, per stay. LIMIT 2
★ Please note that no cats are allowed due to allergies.
★ A maximum of one dog is allowed, and they must be house-trained.
★ Dogs must be crated when left alone, and a $100 fee will apply per occurrence if this rule is not followed.
★ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
★ Please clean up after your dog immediately when outside.
★ No bathing pets in our sinks or tubs.
If a pet is not declared on the reservation, a $200 fee will apply. Check-out time for guests with pets is 10 AM to allow for additional cleaning.

★Announced guest is $100 per person per night. NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN HOME. Montgomery is unincorporated and does not allow this.
