"cute concept but way too restrictive. Creek Is 20-30 ft below cabins. with huge rocks and trees. In my judgement making it way too dangerous for children to be around, adults for that matter too. Drives are covered in huge gravel making them unsuitable for walking and no trails leaves you feeling unfulfilled. Visitors felt uncomfortable driving by the huge old abandoned buildings..
