Rural villa in the center of the Netherlands

The villa lies on a big plot from 2000m2 with a very nice garden and several terraces where you can enjoy the view from the nice meadows with cows or sheeps and also a big garage for 2 cars.

The villa have a big livingroom from 70m2 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a comfortable kitchen, if you come with 8 persons or more you get also the added apartement with 1 bedroom en a bathroom ensuite. a baby does not count for a person.
If you come with 7 persons or less and you want 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you also can rent the added apartment for €85,00 a night.
There is also a covered terrace and a playground for the children.

Great week in Montfoort residence
This is a very well appointed, comfortable and well centrally located property suitable for either as a seperate one bedroom self contained unit or combined with a larger 3 bedroom accomodation. Great host always ready to help out quickly with any issue that may arise. Close by are shop essentials/ supermarkets and fuel station and you’re about 40 minutes drive from Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Lots of little towns and thing's to explore nearby We fully enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend. Five stars from us.

Just Like Home
We stayed here for eight days in October with two couples, both 60+. Everything about the villa was as advertised and more. Especially the living and dining rooms are large and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the beds very comfortable, all the amenities excellent, and the hosts were always available and kind and helpful. Montfoort is centrally located and it was wonderful after a busy day of sightseeing to come “home” and not have to unpack but just relax. Highly recommended for families with younger and older children or couples of any age. We hope to return and enjoy more gezelligheid!

Perfect in Every Way

We got there late because of flight delay and we where not able find anything to eat after 21:30 had to wait tel next morning I mean in local area no restaurant or takeaway or any grocery.

Great location, great house
Five of us flew from the US for a family wedding, and this was a great place for our stay. It is centrally located, near some excellent restaurants, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Highly recommend it.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in der Natur
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus rundum zufrieden. Wir hatte mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Jugendlichen genügend Platz und die Ausstattung war toll ! Der Garten ist ein Traum und lädt zum entspannen ein nach einem Besuch in den vielen schönen angrenzenden Städten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😍

Dream vacation house
The house is perfect for a family getaway. The house is so cosy, internal facilities are complete and the beautiful, clean surrounding is a major plus point. You can also use the bikes to ride to nearby town of Oudewater or Montfoort. The hosts, Ans & Luuk, are very friendly and responsive to any query.

Our hosts, Ans & Luuk were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our group. Beautiful setting, clean and very well equipped with everything you might need. It is a central location that made day trips to surrouding towns easy. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

Wir waren alle sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Es ist alles da gewesen was versprochen wurde und noch mehr. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und voll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter liebenswert und sehr fürsorglich. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Haus, mit 4 Schlafzimmern welches auch durch eine Tür zu einer Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern abgeteilt werden kann. Gelegen in einem traumhaften Garten in einer ländlichen Gegend. Die großen Städte können mit dem Auto gut erreicht werden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen ! 5 Sterne plus !! Such a warm sunny house. Fresh country views. Friendly hosts. Everything you need. Lovely home away from home central to most tourist destinations in Netherlands. Easy access to transit to and from airport as well as all throughout Netherlands.

Tolle Lage und empfehlenswert
Zentral im Herzen Hollands. Wir konnten so täglich tolle Ausflüge machen. Das Haus ist gemütlich, die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wir sind seht erholt nach Hause gefahren.

Great for a large group!
We stayed as a group of 9 adults for the weekend. Utrecht is roughly 30 minutes by car and easily reached. The living room is really large and it was no problem to have dinner or to lounge with 9 people. The kitchen (note: induction cooking!) is well equipped. Bathrooms were clean, have plenty of towels, and a good hot shower. Parking 3 cars was not a problem either. Communication with Ans, the owner, via web was fast and friendly. Would definitely go there again in the future. Thanks Ans!

Top lokatie om met een groep te verblijven
Top lokatie om met een groep te verblijven, het huis is meer dan kompleet met werkelijk alles erop en eraan. Neemd e kleding mee die wilt dragen de rest is daar in voldoende mate. Lokatie ligt tussen Oudewater en Montfoort als je iets met de plaatsen wilt doen heb je wel vervoer nodig (fiets is voldoende) Aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar
