"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The walk to town is 25 minutes and the hill is tough to walk if you are not in good shape. "Wasn’t really an invasion, but we had an awesome first two days with a group of 8 howlers camped out in the trees right above the casita.This is truly a wonderful spot, and a great place to base out of when exploring zuma and the nicoya peninsula.
