"The staff were very nice and informative! So friendly! You’d think that being in a different building might be unsafe or inconvenient because the front desk is not there but none of that applied! Felt very safe and they had the QR code to reach the front desk. The only thing is that I couldn’t call room to room (our phones were not compatible) so it’d be nice if there was a phone line within the rooms. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay, I would def go again and recommend this place!...

"We missed our first night stay because our train from Zurich had technical problems. Although I did not get a reply from the emails I sent them to let them know of the delay, I asked that a packed breakfast be prepared for us. We were welcomed with a bag full of freshly baked delicious croissants and other pastries complete with assorted spreads, as soon as we arrived at past 11:00 am the next morning. "Fabulous stay over Valentine's. Great location with fabulous restaurants within easy walk. We stayed in one of the Prestige Rooms on the 5th Floor. Was really quiet and spacious for Paris. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Spa was lovely and nice to have access to hot drinks in the bar area when required. Thank you and will return. "
