"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. "We spent 6 nights in this lovely flat. It is modern and well appointed and offers everything as per the listing. Short walk to the beach, small shops, groceries and restaurants. The view is amazing.
