"Except location walking distance to every where the only thing was there was no windows in the apartment we felt like we were in a cave also it is noisy with a club nearby but apart from that I couldn’t fault it"

"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. The main bathroom was more than adequate and the en-suite off the main bedroom was useful to have. There...

"Me pareció muy bonito el piso, tiene todas las comodidades, el barrio de San juan, el supermercado Consum cerca, la playa a un kilómetro, mercadillo en San juan para disfrutar de todo natural de sus propias Recoleta. Y los propietarios muy majos! No hay mejor y repetiré para los próximos años."

"We spent 6 nights in this lovely flat. It is modern and well appointed and offers everything as per the listing. Short walk to the beach, small shops, groceries and restaurants. The view is amazing. I would recommend a rental car as it does come with secure underground parking. We will happily stay here again!"
