"This is a lovely spot in the hills, the pool a godsend in the scorching heat. The apartment was everything we expected, ideal for a family of four. Great restaurants nearby but sadly lacking a bar/pasticceria that is reaslitically walkable. There seems to have once been one but is now closed down. "This home is very nice but it is in a rural area so if you rent it you want to make sure that you are aware that most larger towns are well over an hour away. Richard was great to work with and everything that we needed, he was very responsive. When we arrived, they had a wonderful basket of fresh veggies, bread, wine and spices. It was much appreciated. "Beautiful traditional Tuscan farmhouse set in lovely peaceful landscape. The house is well equipped with everything you will need. The rooms are all large and airy and, importantly, every window has a mosquito screen. The beds are big, comfortable with nice quality linen and each bedroom has more than adequate storage. In particular we loved the covered terrace and spent most of our evenings there. The local co-op shop is a five minute drive away (you will find only basic provisions there)and...

"We had a lovely couple of weeks at Jacopo’s house. The house has been beautifully restored and set in an olive grove and vineyards. The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. Jacopo was a great host and readily available if we needed him, and gave great tips and advice vice on places to visit. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. "
