Espera mais do hotel pela gotos no site , que estão desatualizadas da realidade de hoje do hotel , café da manhã fraco e muita desorganização do serviço de café da manhã , hora faltava prato , talheres, copos , tinha ficar chamando os funcionários pra efetuar a limpeza das mesas .

Cama poderia ser melhor. Tinha um fundamento no meio da cama. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de frutas. Poderiam se preocupar mais em manter os ovos e a salsinha quentes. Tirando isso, foi tudo muito bom.

A noite é madrugada inteira pessoas badernando pelo corredor, muito Barulho, pessoas arrastando coisas, cantando, música alta… pela manhã, obras, furadeira, máquina, e mais gente fazendo zoada… o hotel que era pra descansar, foi só tormenta. Horrível, nem tomei café da manhã e nem consegui dormir.

A estadia foi bom, porém tem algumas coisas que precisa melhorar na parte de.estrutura do prédio. O quarto não tem lixeira para colocar restos de alimentos ou embalagens. A porta do banheiro não funciona corretamente, As luzes do corredor não funciona o sensor corretamente. .Não tem cabides para colocar roupas.( obs. Sexto andar, quarto 611).

Só disponibilizam cabides se vc pedir. Não há copos nos quartos. Só limpam o quarto e banheiro se vc pedir. Não recolhem lixo. Torneiras quente e fria invertidas. Não há viril, só lençol e colcha. Telefone no quarto não funcionava. Atendentes são educados e atenciosos. Conexão com aplicativo de reserva não funciona.

O bloqueio da janela não era eficiente. Não tinha um lençou para cobrir. Os rejuntes do piso do banheiro estavam sujos. Na recepção, muita confusão no checkout. O sinal de internet é muito bom. A cama e o travesseiro são confortáveis.
