Veronica, the most amazing host we have ever met kindly provided transport from La Spezia train station to the Suite. Her adorable son serves as her Porter. "Not a friendly and inviting hotel,spa closed,wasp nest by pool side,not kids friendly or catered for. We had to eat out 2 nights because food was not acceptable and closed on a Saturday night . Less toiletries knowing you had 3 guest in a room but provided 1bath wash, why?? Wine selections not very good or nice"
