"My mom, SIL, and I took a much needed three day weekend away to visit the Maple Festival and spend some girl time together. The Cabin at Back Creek is the perfect spot to do that. The proximity to the sites of the festival is perfect; we didn’t feel like we were in the car too long and the views along the drive are amazing. The Cabin is perfectly situated on the creek to enjoy the sounds of water and birds while relaxing on the porch or in the hot tub. Highly recommend a visit if you want to get away from the world for a bit. "

"We adored this cottage: great location for exploring the town and region (we came for soaking and the nearby Maple Festival). And the house itself was wonderful for 3 of us to cook full meals each night and spread out to read, watch movies and play games (kindly provided!)The house is SO nicely designed and decorated. There are so many thoughtful touches and it really felt like our home for a few days. It’s a beautiful space but also clearly meant to be used. We 100% hope to return!"

"This was perfect for our multi generation ski weekend. My family was very happy and impressed with everything Alison’s property had to offer. The game room/tv lounge was a big hit. The best part was the location and ski in/out. Alison was also great at responding to any questions I had. Wonderful host! "
