"The Inn is just 1 block from Ocean and 3 blocks from 7th & Delores, with many excellent restaurants and art galleries nearby. The location is quiet with adequate parking. The rooms are small and dated, but the comfortable main house w/ coffee, tea, seating & tables, extra bathroom was a nice resource. The Inn was clean, but could use some remodeling and a fresh coat of paint. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast at La Bicyclette."

"My husband and I LOVED getting to stay here! The staff here were wonderful! They really valued their guest’s privacy and made breakfast’s so beautifully, and kept the room so clean for their guests. The gardens were spectacular! It felt like home and we didn’t want to leave! The location is close to everything as well! Would highly recommend!"

"Location of this property is great! An included parking spot is a plus as street parking is limited due to the small streets. It's located close to everything you might want to do in the area.My only suggestion is to change the shower liner more often - the one there while we stayed had mildew/mold build up (eh it happens), but it didn't dampen our weekend at all. Great place overall! "
