Der Vermiter Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!"

The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

"You have all the amenities of a large, historic villa - and also the real farmland all around you. Sheep, horses, dogs - beautiful, and not in your personal space (unless you want them to be!). Pasqualina and her son Francesco are perfect hosts. Incredibly responsive, even with a language barrier. If I return to Tuscany I would want to stay here again. Thank you so much."

"Beautiful and charming house in a great location, which offered us more than enough space for 3 families with a total of 17 people. The interior design and furnishings were functional, it was sufficiently clean, the pizza oven is a great extra. The pool was cleaned daily by the friendly caretaker, who even let our little ones go for a ride on the tractor with him. The other service was also good, almost all of our requests were dealt with promptly. We would go there again!"

"Your video is captivating BUT REALITY IS EVEN MORE STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL..AN OASIS OF PACE AND RELAX. Picturesque views of wooded hills surround enormous pool...swimming at sunset is an .unforgetable emotion plus there is the SPA.. great fun..even at cocktail hour..booking masseuse..an added joy! we all fell in love with..this glorious but functional property Bedrooms are spacious and insuite bathrooms are too. "It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."

"We - a family with 2 grown up sons - stayed in the house for almost a week. We mainly did sightseeing in Tuscany, a boat trip to Elba and spent a day at the nearby beach. The house is well equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned (cave: they charge extra for additional electricity costs), a good sized kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor pool is spacious but is not heated. In early September it already was a little on the cooler side. The location is close to a private beach...

"This is a ok place. We had the bottom appartement with 2 bedrooms. There is no aircondition, and its a old and in need of maintenance. Its not a soundproof apartement….. Its close to the beach, there is a pool, parking, and one sun bed + 2 sun chairs included. The beach is crowded with beds, not a lot of free space. There is also a bar at the beach. "

"There are no words to describe how amazing this property is! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They greeted us by name, which was absolutely wonderful. We were given a tour of the property followed by lunch. The food at this Castello is simply divine. Everything is farm-to-table and they only use the highest of ingredients. Our rooms were also just spectacular. We stayed in the Vicario Suite, Suite Sprone & the Spa Suite. All three were amazing, however the Spa Suite was really special. The amenities in our rooms were wonderful as well. You can tell that management has thought of every last detail to make the guests stay a five star experience. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation and we cannot wait to return! "
