"Beautiful grounds! Staff were so helpful with giving suggestions on several places to visit around the area. I only wish we had been able to spend more time there. We will definitely be back! "

"Our rooms were in a lovely separate small building with roomy bed room, living room and kitchenette furnished with all needed to prepare meals. Surrounding farm with sunflowers, tomatoes, and grain. Fascinating near by hill towns dating back to 1000-1200 Ad. Gracias hostesses."

"Set among the vineyards and olive trees of this 5th generation family of wine and olive oil producers, this 6th century convent has been beautifully and functionally restored to a lovely 8(?) apartment country farm stay. Matteo, the owner, is very hands-on, warm and friendly and full of local knowledge. Be sure to take advantage of the very large pool with plenty of chairs and loungers and shaded areas. "Graziella was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is very convenient for visiting Siena, Florence, and the beaches. Set in a peaceful location, there are great walks in the area. The children really loved the swimming pool."

"We had a wonderful stay at Gitavillage. There are big play ground for kids. The facility is very big. Best is the private beach with free umbrellas. The beach is quite big and sandy. Was very quite. Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here if we come back to this area. "

"We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

"The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help. A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options. They have large elevators, underground parking, and many other amenities that a modern hotel should have. Finally, I noticed that a number of the teams that often place in the middle/lower tier teams of the Italy professional league have chosen/choose to stay in this hotel, so I’m certain it’s been vetted extensively. I know where I will go next time I’m in Grosetto."

The amenities in our rooms were wonderful as well. You can tell that management has thought of every last detail to make the guests stay a five star experience. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation and we cannot wait to return! "
