"This is the sweetest place we have ever stayed. We did not want to leave. Stefania is amazing. She got us reservations at the perfect restaurant up the hill. She is wonderful to work with. The bed was incredibly comfortable which is so important. The back yard is perfect for watching the sunset. The views are as advertised. Thank you, Stefania for making our time so memorable."

"Adorable property ( wish we could have stayed longer). Situated in gorgeous hills, quiet place. You really need a car or transportation to get here however. Out room was located on level one no elevator so up one flight of stairs. There is a washer and dryer available however they are more for staff use so you may need to wait a bit to use them. Breakfast was available for about 13 euro per person and to us it was well worth it. The restaurant where breakfast is served is upstairs so anyone...

"This is a beautiful old property, full of lovely artwork and charm, a real home. There is a lot of wildlife to enjoy. We had a lovely time staying here. It is well equipped Loads of books and dvds if staying in. We had a fair amount of wet weather unfortunately but was ok. We loved visiting Pescia, Lucca and Montecatino whilst we were there, all in easy driving distance. "Our stay here was more wonderful than we ever imagined. Monica is such a gracious host. She bought this home in ruins and transformed it into the most beautiful Tuscan oasis. Our apartment perfect for our family of 5. I was very concerned about lack of air conditioning as we were here during the heat of summer, but we ended up being very comfortable.
