"This was our favourite hotel in a month-long vacation in Tuscany. The hotel is very attractive, offering a lounge, library, gorgeous terrace and wonderful breakfast. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We liked everything about the Palazzo Ravizza and would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Siena."

"Excellent hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Executive king room was very nice, shower with good water pressure. Small elevator but worked fine. Easy walk into historic Siena. We traveled by train and directions provided by hotel staff from train station to hotel were spot on. Be aware escalators in shopping mall go on and on! But are efficient in getting you to upper level where road is to hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Great restaurant just down the street called Osteria Rusticamente that has from scratch food and reasonable priced. Lovely husband and wife owned."
