Great stay and staff but experienced few issues
We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The place was maintained in immaculate condition. The staff were exceptional and attentive to all our needs. However, there was a few issues that we experienced at the villa that were beyond the staff's control. The owner has informed me that he plans to resolve these issues right away. 1. A/C kept turning off in a few of the rooms through the night due to occupancy sensors that would time out the units. Our guests had to hold on to the A/C remote and keep waking up to turn the A/C back on. This was frustrating to be interrupted in our sleep while we were on vacation. 2. One room A/C would not work and had to be manually reset on the roof multiple times for it to work continuously. 3. Hot tub temperature regulation wasn't working properly. It would either be too hot or too cold in the hot tub. 4. Exterior tv by the pool wasn't working. So, we could not enjoy the use of the tv while by the pool.
