Beyond their vacation rental guests have access to all the common area facilities including the swimming pool, pool deck & rest rooms, dining area, waterfall garden and lookout deck with loungers.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled atop a serene mountain in the heart of the Barrett Town community on Jamaica’s northeast coast, Beyond The Sea enjoys the peace and privacy of this tranquil and sparsely populated town.
To the west of Beyond The Seas is the Golden Corridor of Tourism home to the Hilton Hotel & Water Park, The Cinnamon Hill, White Witch & Half Moon Golf Courses, the Montego Bay Convention Centre, The Jewel Grande, Half Moon and Hyatt hotels. For shopping and groceries both the Main Street Jamaica and Half Moon Village are within a 5 minutes drive. The world famous Scotchies Jerk eatery is located at Main Street Shopping Centre just 3 minutes away.
To the east is the town of Greenwood which has a brand new multi-isle supermarket, large hardware and fantastic beach front dining spot apply named the "Chillout Hut". A further 1 minute away is the Far Out Fish Hut which serves the best escovitch fish on the island, be prepared for a long wait but it is worth it, try to pre-order.
Getting Around:
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.
At an additional fee laundry and cooking services are available. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to the property.

Dinner - 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Management reserves the right to enter an empty unit if electrical are left on.

Visitor Policy
Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.
Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.
