Skylark has access to Rose Hall Beach Club, to enjoy sandy beaches and clear blue sea.

Upon entering the villa through enchanting vine covered wooden double doors, guests are welcomed into an luscious garden. As they navigate through hanging greenery, they enter an airy living room bathed in sunlight, with views of the pool through expansive openings creating the perfect indoor-outdoor feel. Outside, a charming, well-equipped wet bar is perched off to one side and the pool deck invites all-day relaxation, offering both an infinity-edge pool and a hot tub. During meal times, enjoy a variety of dining options comprised of both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Skylark Villa has 4 bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms feature king-sized beds, while 1 room offers two queen beds, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
At the heart of this villa are its exceptional staff members: Sonia, Carron, and Dennis, who embody the genuine warmth and vibrant spirit of Jamaica. They'll take care of your every need while creating an ideal setting for you to kick back and relax.
Guests have full access to the whole property, however, access to the staff quarters is restricted.
Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Visitors are welcome on the property for up to 3 hours, but only guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay overnight. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval.
No visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests may be accommodated upon approval for an extra fee of $100 plus tax per person per night, payable at the property.
Guests will have access to a 24-hr point of contact during their stay should they need anything. This person can also be contacted to help facility recommendations and assistance in booking transportation and tours on the island.
There is cable TV throughout the house, WiFi and a VoIP phone that has a domestic U.S. exchange for free calls to the continental U.S.
The villa comes with a complimentary chef to prepare any meals you require. The menu can include delicious dishes incorporating authentic Jamaican cuisine for a taste of the island’s flavor. Keep in mind the menu can be customized to your liking during pre-arrival discussions. All it takes is letting us know your preferences and we will do the rest!
•Check-out time is 11am.
•Strictly no smoking inside the house.
•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.
•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you head out of the house.
•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use.
•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle.
•Additional garbage bags can be found at the bottom of each rubbish bin.
•The water heater switch is located next to the kitchen window, please turn on 20 minutes before use and switch off afterwards.
•If the neighbouring dogs are bothering you please let us know and we kindly ask that you do not feed the pets – dogs, birds or fish.
