The hotel was perfect for myself and family, from checking in with Mr Reed the manager to checking out it was a breeze!!!! The food in the buffet was amazing i actually enjoyed the buffet food more than the food at rum factory. The rooms were perfect!!!! I will actually book with them in future.

This all-inclusive Hilton is not all-inclusive. You have to ultimately pay for expensive wine in order to make any reservation for dinner. And if you don't, thy will say they are booked or give you a beeper and wait is hours if they do call you.

Just got back from 5 days at Rose Hall. Excellent property, service and 80 degree weather. Perfect beach vacation for a family of 4, 2 teenagers. Restaurants were all really very good. Seaside is tops and also has beachside environment which was lovely. And steak restaurant is worth the extra money. The roof was fixed, so no more roof leaks as listed in other reviews. Alcohol at the bars only marginally watered down, better when you tip. Golfing next door at Cinnamon Hill was prettier than the country clubs around Washington DC. And the golfing staff just come pick you up at the hotel front door for a 3 minute golf cart trip to the club house. Overall we had a great time. Kudos to Hilton for turning this place back into a top notch facility.

Service left a lot to be desired. Booking a reservation for a restaurant was absolutely horrible. You are made to buy a bottle of liquor in order to positively make a reservation otherwise you are put on a waitlist and may not even be called, meaning you could be waiting hours before you actually eat. Don’t call it an all inclusive when you can’t even book a reservation for dinner. Check in was terrible. I arrived at 4pm, check in time and the room wasn’t available for an hour after. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know going to Jamaica and will not return to this hotel again.

Without having to deal with staff our stay would have been great. However, the staff are very rude and nonchalant about any issues that you have once you check in. We tried to resolve an issue with front desk and it took us two days. One of the front desk staff actually ignored my mom when she asked her questions. It was such a big back and forth. I would love to come back but the staff would make me reconsider.

This was a great choice for my family for the christmas holiday. We took advantage of some of the hotel tours, which were great. The staff at hotel, beach, pool were all fantastic. There was always a smile and they were anxious to please. I highly recommend Rose Hall Hilton.

The hotel is very dated in need of renovations. Our stay was excellent, staff was very attentive, food was good, entertainment was excellent. Tons of activities to do all day. You will never feel bored. A lot of fun. Water park and lazy river were great. We really enjoyed our stay
