The physical plant looks good externally. However, the interior of the room-apartment is dirty and terribly outdated-rundown. The place needs to be shut down and seriously remodelled. It's an embarrassment!

Property is in a good location, however the apartments 63A & 62B are run down. The furniture are and dust. No air conditioning in the living rooms only 1 in the bedroom. Bathroom qas dirty up on arrival. Beautiful views i must say

Great location but needs work.
The location is great, close to decent restaurants and attractions. The apartment, including the bathroom was clean but lacked sustained maintenance as reflected in part of the ceiling falling and the bathroom countertop appears to be collapsing.

Good space for my family, house was clean but can you imagine in this sweltering heat the water pressure was so low, we took shower one at a time, which was okay, but second night we got dripping then the next morning no running water in any of the faucets. We checked out early than anticipated.
