"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "I had a sea view room, which I really enjoyed. The single rooms are a little small and those facing the Rossini’s have much of a view. But the sea view rooms have balconies which gives the guests a little more room. Staying on the 4th or 5th floor is best. I stayed on the third, which was ok, but you don’t have as great a view of the water as you do a little higher up. "
