"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

"Resort is catered to families but not well executed. Food was quite overpriced compared to restaurants in town. Kid club area and toys are quite dirty and run down. Childrens waterpark was great. Pools nice. They had bouncey castles and remote control cars for kids that was quite fun. Overall nice variety of activities in the resort. "Front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We are English speaking and there was no language barrier. Breakfast was wonderful. We ate dinner's at a lovely off-site place on the beach with views of the ocean. "

"3HB hotel in Faro is excellent. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, cleaning, restaurants, spa, etc.) are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large, nice and super clean. The spa is great. The restaurants are also very good. The weather was not so good during my stay in January but the hotel made it very pleasant. I will definitively choose 3HB Faro next time I visit Algarve."

"What a great hotel and exceptional staff! Everything was clean and new due to some recent remodeling. Our room was perfect with a loaded kitchenette. The only negative I would say is the small bathroom sink with disproportionately large faucet that made it difficult to wash your face or lean into the sink. Everything is within walking distance as well."
