The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. Luigi and Daniela met us at the apartment to deliver keys and review the accommodations. "Stayed for a week in House Kloss July 2018. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything required for a pleasant stay. Getting to the city centre is a short walk to an easy bus ride. Also within walking distance are cafés, a small supermarket and a coin operated laundry. The owner Norma is great with plenty of helpful information to make a stay in Verona enjoyable. "We had the honor of staying here at the end of our two week tour. Loretta is fabulous and the breakfast spread is delicious. It was great to meet the horses (be careful the youngest is a little fiesty, if his ears are back don't try and say 'Hi') . We would highly recommend! The only slight downside was the box elder bugs.
