"Yes, the place is as nice as it looks. It is located close to the university district and in a neighborhood instead of the heart of the tourist district. This gives you access to better foods and the bus and train stations are in reasonable waliking distant. We enjoyed our time!"

"We always prefer to stay in an apartment that is "a home away from home." This place was just that in so many ways. The two bedrooms and baths (we had the two top units on the second floor) were very comfortable and gave us all room to spread out and relax. Nicely furnished and appointed in kitchen, access to all-important washing machine and drying rack and lines. Susana kindly lent us the ironing board and iron. Instructions on how that works with regards to opening the building and apartment doors was clearly communicated by Kim the reservations manager for the property. Luigi and Daniela met us at the apartment to deliver keys and review the accommodations. Apartment was clean and well appointed with dishes, pots etc. Appreciated the use of the washing machine, air dried clothes on the rack. Private parking spot was available in fenced lot behind the building."
