"We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"My family absolutely loved our stay. Greeted with a smile and a warm hug. A very clean, quiet villa on the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome. There are multiple train stations near the area my family used to go into downtown Rome to enjoy the sites. "After some late-night car trouble, Luana came to the rescue for our group of 7 travellers! Luana and her friend Franco, a local taxi/limousine service provider were able to assist us when several others left us out in the dark. Our 24/7 vehicle AVIS rental support office was... terribly inadequate to say the least! They just told us it was not possible for them to assist us... so too bad for you! "Laurentia is a friendly host and quick to respond. The house is ideal for two families or a big group of friends. Away from the fast pace of life. If you want to wind down and chill out, this is the place. Few shops or bars in and around but a great pizzeria, local store and basic supermarket in the town. Traditional house which is clean.
