"We loved our 2 week stay at this beautiful, well equipped condo. The ocean view was stunning. The small pool and grounds were kept in immaculate shape daily. Property management on site were very attentive and efficient. We will return for another relaxing stay! "

"My wife and I are regulars to Troncones. We decided to spend two nights at this more "remote" location just to see if we would want to return with a larger group, since there are six bedrooms. The common areas are larger than the photos make them appear. The beach is lovely, and quieter than other Troncones beaches, which is saying something. The beach is shared with the property next door, another house to the north, and the occasional visitor who comes in through the access road next door. You can walk the beach south for miles. Only a couple of criticisms. The decking is indeed coming apart in a few places around the pool.The privacy you might expect from this remote location is lessoned by two factors: 1) the house next door is RIGHT next door2) the (very nice, little to no English) family that maintains both properties accesses this property through a little gate/path that is DIRECTLY - only a few feet - in front of one of the bedrooms with a sliding door. That was the bedroom we used, and we were surprised to find this path being used prior to our checkout time.Overall, this is a good value when you look at places that have a comparable number of bedrooms/bathrooms in the area. Great communication."

"Villas Cononda was such a beautiful place to stay! The eco friendly architecture was gorgeous and I loved watching the clouds and stars in the skylight while in bed. The bed was so so comfy from the mattress to the soft bedding. I absolutely loved having afternoon naps in the hammock too. It was equipped with everything kitchen wise including filtered water. It’s SO close to La Saladita surf break and Angel was the perfect host. He gave me recommendations for restaurants, chatted about the local culture and was super helpful during my stay. It also has running hot water which other accommodations don’t have. His two pups Snoopy and Dharma were nice to have around. I’m definitely coming back to stay here. Thanks for having me Angel and for your amazing hospitality 🙌😊"

"The room worked great for our small family. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the A/C in the room. We loved the daily walk over to the break and the use of the shared spaces throughout the property. You cannot beat the views, sounds of the waves and smell of the sea! The caretaker Rafael was great and available anytime we needed something!"

"The location is further from the beach than the the location shown in the map but still very close. Nice clean room and very gracious hosts. They are new owners who are still making improvements to the property to add more amenities. I look forward to returning!"
