"The good and the bad, stayed here 11/12/24 to 11/19/24, the location is premium. The room was clean with high ceilings and a window. This was our first time in Italy, we spent a few nights in Rome and a few in Florence. The location is prime for going out and seeing all the sights. They did have a wine bottle opener in the common area which was helpful. They also have a 24/7 whatsapp for questions and help which was helpful. "The worst hotel ever - I actually think it was being used as accommodation for owners while renovations were taking place. It was not even the hotel advertised, it was across the road. Although clean, the room was unfinished. There were old doors stacked on the wall, covered by a sheet, a stack of ikea items and the drawers were full of personal items including sanitary towels and a bra and pants. "This was exactly what we wanted. The Puti area is safe and quieter than the more touristy areas. We were happy to come back to Puti after touring in the crowded cit center. Aluminum Gabriel arranged a car service for us as transportation from the airport and also recommended great restaurants, coffee shops & gelaterias .
