"The hotel is very clean and in a beautiful location, the room was a good size. The food was not really to our liking but there are plenty of other restaurants in Funchal. I would not recommend hiring a car if you are a nervous driver, the roads are very narrow and steep! I was disappointed by the service I received by the staff at Our Madeira who own the hotel, but the staff at the hotel itself I could not fault. "The complex had everything we needed. Spacious and clean apartment with an amazing view over Funchal and the sea, with a nice size balcony and outdoors seating.
